I wanted to experience the blogosphere for myself, but don’t presume the world gives a rat’s rump about the rantings of “Josephine Six-Pack” on some random topic du jour, so I thought I would post the results of my obsession with the digital macro feature on my camera.

After 10 years since moving to Mahopac and 15 years living in the lower Hudson Valley region, I finally visited the Hammond Museum and Stroll Garden. What a lovely place to sit or wander; contemplate or not. I have a hard time quieting my brain. However, visiting a zen garden without my kids is a terrific place to start.

My Glass Table

Fish Oil Capsule
I’m always grateful when the sun noticeably hangs on to each day a bit longer. This year, the fish oil has kept the S.A.D. at bay. It may be a placebo effect, but that’s sort of irrelevant, isn’t it?
